The My Posts page shows all your publications with ad integrations. Here you can track moderation status, views, and earnings for each video.
Post information
For each post you can see:
- Video title — the title of your publication
- Platform — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or VK Video
- Campaign — the name of the ad campaign
- Moderation status — the current review stage
- Views — number of verified views
- Earnings — amount accrued for this post
- Publication date — when the video was published
Moderation statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Under review | Post submitted and awaiting moderator review. Usually up to 24 hours. |
| Approved | Post passed moderation. Views are counted, earnings are accrued. |
| Rejected | Post failed moderation. The reason is in the moderator's comment. |
| Completed | Campaign ended or budget exhausted. No new views are counted. |
Metrics
Metrics are refreshed regularly (multiple times per hour). VibeVO only counts verified views — views that meet quality criteria (duration, geo, uniqueness).
Why views differ
The number of verified views in VibeVO may differ from the total counter on the platform. This is normal — we only count views that meet the advertiser's quality criteria.
View counting window and payout limit
- Strike-mode view accrual window — each accepted post gets its own deadline for accruing new views. The default is 8 days after acceptance; if the setting changes later, already accepted posts keep their original deadline.
- Per-video payout cap — set by the platform administrator. The current value is shown in your dashboard when you submit the post. Views beyond the cap are not paid.
- A published video must remain available for at least 30 days — otherwise payouts are cancelled.
View inflation is prohibited
Any artificial view inflation leads to a permanent account ban and freezing of all funds. More details — Platform and moderation rules.
What to do if a post is rejected
If your post was rejected by a moderator:
- Open the post and read the moderator's comment
- Fix the issues (update the video or description)
- Submit the post for re-moderation by clicking "Retry"
Tip
Before publishing a video, make sure the ad integration meets all campaign requirements. This significantly speeds up moderation.
