Moderation rules for creators

Rules that apply to all VibeVO creators. They apply to all publications regardless of platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, VK Video). By registering on VibeVO and publishing videos as part of campaigns, you automatically accept these rules.

The essentials in one sentence
Don't inflate views, follow the brief, keep the video published for at least 30 days, and verify account ownership β€” that covers most cases where disputes with moderation arise.

πŸ–Ό Banner requirements

  • For banner campaigns, a banner is mandatory on every platform: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, VK Clips, and TikTok
  • The banner must stay visible for the full video, from the first frame to the last
  • The banner must be animated; static images are not accepted
  • If the banner is placed near the bottom of the frame, keep it above TikTok's caption/text and buttons area

🎬 Video requirements

  • Minimum video length β€” 10 seconds
  • While a campaign is running (during the active flight), no third-party promotions are allowed on the same account
  • Publishing or promoting campaign videos through external ad systems is prohibited, including Meta Ads/Facebook Ads (for Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and VK Ads

πŸ’Έ Payouts

  • For banner advertising videos, only those with at least 5,000 views are counted. If a video does not reach 5,000 views right away β€” it can be counted later
  • Views for a video count toward earnings for 3 days after the video is uploaded; views received after that window are not paid
  • Maximum payout per video β€” up to $150

1. View inflation ban

Any artificial view inflation is strictly prohibited. This includes bots, click farms, paid view inflation services, view exchanges, and any other means of artificially boosting metrics.

View inflation breaks advertiser trust and crashes the economics for honest creators β€” which is why those cases are reviewed especially strictly.

Consequences of view inflation
  • Permanent account ban with no possibility of restoration
  • Freezing of all funds on the balance and in processing β€” no payouts are made on those funds
  • Cancellation of all results for the affected publications

VibeVO's anti-fraud system continuously analyzes viewer behavioral patterns, geo-distribution, devices, and timing. Anomalies are automatically sent for manual review by a moderator.

2. View counting window

  • The window starts when the video is uploaded and lasts 3 days; views during this period count toward payment
  • Metrics are refreshed regularly (multiple times per hour)
  • After the window closes, earnings move to "Available for withdrawal" (after the verification period)

3. Per-video payout cap

Maximum earnings for a single published video are capped at $150. The exact cap may be adjusted by the platform administrator on a per-offer basis β€” if it differs, the actual value will be specified in the offer. Views beyond the cap are not paid.

4. Brief compliance

Each campaign contains a brief with requirements: what the creator must say, which product to show, which key talking points to cover, what integration format and duration to use. The creator must follow these requirements.

4.1. Full non-compliance with the brief β€” rejection

A video may be rejected by a moderator if:

  • The product, brand, or key talking point from the brief was not mentioned
  • A different product category was used (e.g., a competitor)
  • Mandatory integration elements were not completed (e.g., directing viewers to the website)
  • The content contradicts the advertiser's positioning

In this case, no payout is made for the video and views are not counted.

4.2. Partial brief violations β€” accepted with a discount

If the video generally complies with the brief but was executed with deviations, the moderator may accept it with a discount off the CPM rate. The discount is set by the moderator on a per-post basis and is shown in your dashboard. Typical cases:

  • Banner or logo too small β€” occupies less than the minimum required screen share
  • Low execution quality β€” poor lighting, unclear audio, blurry image
  • Integration too short β€” product mention is shorter than the minimum time specified in the brief
  • Incomplete set of key talking points β€” only some of the required points were covered
  • Poor placement in the video β€” for example, at the very end when most of the audience has already left
How to avoid the discount
Before publishing, read the brief carefully and check off all requirements. If you have doubts about the format β€” ask the advertiser via campaign comments or contact support.

5. Account ownership verification

To fully use the platform and receive payouts, the creator must confirm that they are the owner of the connected social media account. The baseline step is a verification code in the channel description or profile bio. If the dashboard requires current account statistics, VibeVO asks for an additional stats check:

  1. Verification code in the channel / profile description β€” for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and VK Video. The code is issued in the dashboard when adding an account and must remain in the description until verification is complete.
  2. Video showing account stats with a challenge code β€” uploaded via the Stats section of your account. Start a session, show the issued challenge code in the first 30 seconds, then capture the account stats for the last 28 days. Format: MP4 or MOV, up to 200 MB, up to 3 minutes. AI extracts the metrics automatically; if needed, a moderator steps in.

6. One video β€” one integration

Only one VibeVO ad integration can be embedded in a single video. Attempting to combine two or more integrations in one video will result in rejection of all linked publications without payment.

7. No deleting or editing videos

After moderator approval, the video must remain published for at least 30 days. Deleting, making it hidden/private, changing the description, or replacing the video within this period leads to:

  • Cancellation of all accrued payouts for the video
  • Refund to the advertiser
  • A 30-day ban from participating in new campaigns

8. Referral program

Creators can participate in the VibeVO referral program and earn additional income for bringing new creators or advertisers to the platform. Participation is voluntary, but requires following the program rules:

  • Bringing yourself or related persons through "fake" accounts is prohibited β€” the commission is cancelled
  • Spamming the referral link via direct messages, other people's comments, and channels is prohibited
  • Referral commission is only accrued on legitimate turnover β€” if view inflation is detected for a referred creator, the commission for that period is clawed back
  • Full terms on the Referral program page

9. VibeVO's right to final decision and appeal

In disputed situations, the final decision on accepting, rejecting, or applying a discount rests with the VibeVO moderation team. If you disagree with a moderator's decision, submit an appeal through support within 7 days of the decision, with additional supporting evidence.
