VibeVO referral program

The referral program lets you bring new advertisers and creators to VibeVO and earn a share of the platform commission from their spending.

The program is designed for three segments:

• Agencies — bring advertiser clients and earn a share of their ad spend
• Influencer marketers — bring creators from their network and earn on their payouts
• Marketing channel and community owners — bring both advertisers and creators

Your actual rate, current league, and progress toward the next level are shown inside your VibeVO dashboard.

How it works

1. Open the referral section in the bot or in the dashboard at /referrals. The system prepares your first link automatically.
2. Share the link. It usually looks like https://agent.vibevo.io/register?utm_source=YOUR_SLUG. You can also share the code / slug directly — it is attached to the new user during registration.
3. Referred users work on the platform — advertisers top up their balance and launch campaigns, creators publish videos and earn.
4. You earn commission — the amount depends on your league and your actual account conditions. Current values are visible in your dashboard and on the leaderboard page.

Where to see the current terms

The current referral-program terms are shown on the leaderboard page: /agent/leaderboard.

• your current L1 / L2 commission
• your position inside the league
• how many places move up and down
• the date of the next rotation
• your progress toward the next league

Leagues and rotation

• The program has 6 leagues: Newbie → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond.
• The higher the league, the higher the first- and second-level commission (L1 / L2) from the turnover of invited creators.
• Inside a league, partners are ranked primarily by invited creator turnover. If turnover is equal, the higher place goes to the partner with more verified creators; if that is also equal, the older account ranks higher.
• The starting league is Newbie. If the referral program is enabled for your account, you join the league system immediately and start there. Growth then depends on verified creators and turnover.
• Each league has its own retention and growth conditions: minimum verified creators, capacity, promotion zone, and demotion zone. These values are configurable, so check the live leaderboard UI for the current numbers.
• Rotation usually happens once every 2 weeks, on Mondays at 00:00 UTC. The system also supports 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 week periods, so use the next-rotation date shown in the leaderboard as the source of truth.
• The top zone of a league moves one step up, and the bottom zone moves one step down. The exact slot count depends on the league configuration and free capacity above.

What counts as a “referred user”

• A new user, not previously registered on VibeVO, who followed your referral link or entered your code during registration
• The attribution is fixed at account creation and does not change afterwards
• If a user registered without your code / link, they cannot be linked retroactively

When commission is accrued

• For advertisers — commission is accrued from VibeVO’s platform commission on each spent campaign budget (after successful moderation and confirmed deduction)
• For creators — commission is accrued from VibeVO’s platform commission on each creator payout after the 3-day counting window from video upload and view verification
• Commission is credited to the partner wallet automatically and can be withdrawn under the same rules as the regular balance

Participation rules

1. Self-referral is prohibited

You may not refer yourself or related persons through fake accounts, including close relatives, colleagues, or nominees. If detected, those registrations are detached and any accrued commission is clawed back.

2. Only legitimate turnover counts

Referral commission is accrued only from legitimate turnover. This protects the program’s economics: a partner must not profit from fraud committed by a referred user. If fraud is detected for a referred creator or advertiser:

• The corresponding commission is clawed back, including already withdrawn amounts
• If the clawback exceeds the partner’s current balance, a negative balance is created and covered by future accruals
• Systematic violations lead to removal from the program

3. False promises are prohibited

When promoting the referral program and the platform, you may not:

• Guarantee specific income to creators or ROI to advertisers
• Use fake payout screenshots
• Claim that you represent VibeVO if you do not

Payout conditions and attribution

Exact program parameters (the attribution period after clicking the link, the minimum withdrawal amount for referral commission, and accrual frequency) are shown in your dashboard and may change as the program evolves.

Rate changes and status revocation

• VibeVO may change the rate and other program parameters with notice to the partner. Already accrued commission will not be recalculated.
• If the rules are violated, the referral code may be deactivated. Referred-user links are kept for statistics, but new accruals stop.
