How the platform works
VibeVO is a native video advertising platform that connects advertisers with video creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and VK Video. This page describes the overall interaction architecture and the process from campaign creation to payouts.
Platform roles
| Role | Description | Dashboard |
|---|---|---|
| Advertiser | Creates ad campaigns, tops up balance, sets targeting, and tracks metrics | advertiser.vibevo.io |
| Creator | Connects social media accounts, chooses campaigns, places ad integrations, and withdraws earnings | creator.vibevo.io |
| Moderator | Reviews campaigns and posts, approves or rejects with comments | moderator.vibevo.io |
How the process works
The process from campaign creation to payouts consists of several stages:
1. Advertiser creates a campaign
The advertiser registers, tops up their balance, and creates an ad campaign. They specify the type (uniqueization and mass posting / banner ads / video clipping / AI content by brief β see the full guide), description, budget, CPM rate, and targeting.
2. Campaign moderation
The campaign goes through moderator review. The description, creatives, and platform rule compliance are checked. Moderation usually takes 1 to 24 hours. Once approved, the campaign becomes available to creators.
3. Creator chooses a campaign
The creator registers, connects their social media accounts, and goes through verification. They then browse the catalog of available campaigns and choose suitable ones. More on the campaign catalog
4. Content creation
The creator produces a video with an ad integration in accordance with campaign requirements. After publishing the video on the platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, VK Video), the creator submits the link via VibeVO.
5. Post moderation
The published post goes through moderator review. The video is checked for compliance with campaign requirements: key talking points, integration format, content quality.
6. View accumulation and counting
After the post is approved, verified view counting begins. VibeVO receives data from the platforms and only counts quality views (matching geo, duration, and uniqueness criteria).
7. Accruals and payouts
Funds are charged from the advertiser's balance using the CPM model (per 1,000 views) and accrued to the creator. After the 3-day counting window from video upload and view verification, the earnings become available for withdrawal. More on withdrawals
Payment model
VibeVO operates on a CPM (Cost Per Mille) model β the advertiser pays for every 1,000 views. The CPM rate is set when creating the campaign and determines how much the advertiser pays and how much the creator earns.
