VibeVO has no passwords — sign-in uses a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email, or login through Telegram. That means there's no password to phish or brute-force. Below are common questions about signing in and recovering access.

Never share an email code with anyone. VibeVO staff will never ask for one-time codes.

- Link Telegram to your account — it's a second way to sign in if email fails
- Don't forward emails with one-time codes — they grant full account access
- Sign out on shared devices when you're done
- Don't click suspicious links in emails that claim to be from VibeVO
