Offer slots and taking offers
A slot is a place for one creator in an offer. The number of places may be limited. One slot does not mean one video: the offer terms determine how many publications you can submit. Reserve a place before filming, when you are ready to start working.
How to reserve a place
- Open the offer, read the brief and check whether places are available.
- Select the action to take the offer and start working.
- Read the submission deadline, the rules for taking offers without submitting videos, and the consequences of breaking them. These terms appear on the website, on mobile and in the bots.
- Confirm the take. Viewing the terms or cancelling the confirmation does not reserve a place or start a timer.
When all ordinary places are occupied, a new creator can join only after a place is released or added. A notification that a place is available does not reserve it for you. A personal invitation may have separate conditions.
Offers with all places occupied do not appear in the general list of available offers. If a place becomes available, the offer will appear again when you refresh the list. An offer you have already taken stays in “My in-work”: you can open it and submit a publication under the current terms.
First video: the default deadline is 72 hours
For ordinary participation in an offer with a finite number of places and no personal exception, the default first-video period is 72 hours, or three days, after the confirmed take. A scheduled campaign start can move the beginning of that period. Check the actual deadline and time zone shown for your participation.
Publishing on a social platform alone is not enough: submit the video through the offer form in VibeVO. You do not need to wait for moderator approval to stop this first-video timer. A submitted video, including one held for additional review, stops the countdown for that offer.
- If the deadline passes without a submission, your place is released.
- Taking the offer again does not give you another 72 hours or restart the timer.
- If your last active video is rejected or paused, the default replacement period is 24 hours.
- A scheduled start, a closed submission window and an automatic budget pause suspend the countdown. Manually pausing a campaign does not by itself stop the timer. Follow the deadline displayed in the offer.
How many offers can you take at once?
The default limit is three active offers, including offers with unlimited places. Personal exceptions may be excluded from this count. When you manually take the next offer, the system asks you to release your oldest one. It shows the offer name and consequences before confirmation. Videos already accepted continue to be handled according to that campaign’s terms.
Taking offers without submitting videos
The system counts take events. Cancelling and taking the same offer again creates a new event; pressing the take button for an offer you already hold does not. By default, it counts events within the last 30 days, starting after your latest submission or counter reset following a violation, whichever happened more recently. This is not a count of occupied slots, eight different offers or eight missed deadlines.
- The fifth and seventh counted takes without submissions trigger warnings.
- The eighth records the first violation and gives you a warning.
- Repeat violations within 60 days restrict new manual takes for seven days, then 14 days. The take that triggers the restriction completes; the restriction applies to subsequent manual takes.
Submitting a video to any offer resets the current take counter. It does not erase recorded violations or end an existing restriction. A restriction on new takes is not a platform-wide account ban: you can still submit videos to offers already taken. Existing offer deadlines still apply while new takes are restricted.
Cancelling a take within 15 minutes excludes that event from future counts, but does not undo a violation or restriction already recorded. Missing one submission deadline does not by itself mean that your account is immediately blocked.
If you cannot continue working
Check the offer status, deadline and warning message. If you need help, contact support with the offer name and a description of the problem. For submissions and review statuses, see My posts.
