Account marketplace

The marketplace lets users buy and sell social platform accounts inside VibeVO. The listing, payment, access transfer, conversation, and dispute stay in one section.

Disclaimer
VibeVO acts as a technical intermediary between the seller and the buyer. The platform does not own the account being sold, does not guarantee continued access or account condition after a deal, and is not responsible for the actions of social platforms, deal parties, previous owners, rights holders, or other third parties.

How a deal works

1

The seller publishes a listing

The seller describes the account, sets a price, discloses restrictions, adds supporting media, and submits the listing for review.

2

The listing is reviewed

An approved listing appears in the catalog. If changes are needed, the seller receives a comment and can update the listing.

3

The buyer starts a deal

The buyer selects the listing and pays its displayed price. The listing is reserved and the funds are held until the deal is completed.

4

The seller transfers access

The seller fills in the protected transfer form and marks the account as transferred. The credentials become available to the buyer inside the deal.

5

The buyer checks the account

The buyer checks access, completeness, and consistency with the listing, then confirms receipt or opens a dispute.

6

The deal is completed

After confirmation, the seller payout follows the applicable holding process. The amount minus the platform fee then becomes available, and the buyer can leave a rating.

Seller listings

A listing can be created manually or from a connected account. Provide current, verifiable information only.

  • A draft can be edited, including its description, price, account details, restrictions, and media.
  • A submitted listing is reviewed. An approved listing is visible in the catalog.
  • If changes are requested, update the specified details and submit the listing again.
  • An outdated listing can be archived and, when no sale is in progress, returned to drafts.
  • Never place passwords, verification codes, or recovery data in listing text or media.

What moderation checks

Before publication, a listing passes form checks and manual review. A moderator may approve or reject it, or request explained changes.

Checks include

  • Whether required details are present, the social platform is supported, and the selected category matches it.
  • Whether the profile link belongs to the selected platform and uploaded images and videos meet the form requirements.
  • Whether the description, account details, disclosed restrictions, and supporting media are consistent.
  • For a listing based on a connected verified account: whether it belongs to the seller, has verified statistics, and has no other active listing.
  • Whether the listing follows marketplace rules; the moderator may also consider information about the seller and connected accounts.

Moderation does not guarantee

  • The seller’s legal right to transfer the account in every case, especially for a manual listing without a connected verified account.
  • That future login credentials will work, because they are provided only after a deal starts.
  • That the seller, a previous owner, the social platform, or another third party will not recover, restrict, or block the account after the deal.
  • That audience, statistics, monetization, account features, or external platform rules will remain unchanged after review.

What cannot be listed or sold

  • Accounts that are stolen, hacked, obtained through deception, owned by someone else, or not transferable by the seller.
  • Accounts whose transfer violates the law or third-party rights.
  • Accounts already sold or reserved, and duplicate active listings for the same account.
  • Accounts on unsupported social platforms and listings that link to another profile or platform.
  • Listings with knowingly false information or hidden material conditions, including restrictions, sanctions, strikes, shadow bans, or missing recovery and linked-email access.
  • Listings that propose payment or access transfer outside VibeVO, or expose passwords, codes, or recovery keys in public text or media.
Lifting a listing
An approved listing can be lifted in the catalog for free. It cannot be lifted again while the current lift is active. Once it ends, the seller can lift the listing again manually.

Catalog and purchase

  • Use search, filters, sorting, and favorites to compare listings.
  • Review the description, account details, restrictions, media, and seller profile before buying.
  • Ask account questions in the seller chat. Login credentials must not be shared there.
  • Two users share one persistent chat, which remains available after deals are completed or cancelled.
  • Purchases and later deal stages appear as separate VibeVO Official messages.
  • The buyer pays the listing price from their balance and tops up first when the balance is insufficient.
  • Once the deal starts, the listing is reserved and unavailable to other buyers.

Secure account transfer

Transfer an account only through the active deal form and only when the deal asks the seller to provide access.

  • The seller provides login details, related recovery access, and any required instructions.
  • After the seller marks the transfer, the buyer can view the data and inspect the account.
  • The buyer confirms only after access and the account contents have been checked successfully.
  • If the data is incomplete or the account differs from the listing, do not confirm receipt; open a dispute.
Do not share credentials in chat
Chat is for discussing the listing and the deal. Logins, passwords, codes, recovery keys, and email access belong only in the protected transfer form.

Price, fee, and payout

  • The buyer pays the price shown in the listing.
  • The platform fee is deducted from the seller payout and is not added to the buyer price.
  • The seller sees an estimated net amount while working with the listing. The actual calculation is shown in the deal.
  • Funds are not an available seller payout until the required checks and holding process are complete.

Cancellation and disputes

  • Cancellation depends on the current deal stage. The interface shows the action when cancellation is available.
  • After account transfer, disagreements are handled through a dispute rather than a normal cancellation.
  • Describe the issue factually and attach relevant messages, images, or video.
  • Both parties can add evidence while the dispute remains open.
  • The listing, deal history, conversation, and evidence are reviewed. Funds may be returned to the buyer, paid to the seller, or divided between the parties.

Accepted dispute evidence

A dispute can include text, images, and video that directly relate to the listing, account transfer, or reported problem.

  • A written timeline explaining what happened, at which stage, and how the account or transferred data differs from the agreement.
  • Screenshots and images showing account condition, settings, restrictions, platform notices, login errors, or another difference from the listing.
  • Video or a screen recording when a single image cannot show the problem reliably.
  • Messages in the VibeVO chat are considered with the listing and deal history. Capture important external correspondence as an image or video and explain it in text.
  • Evidence should be readable and preserve context. Where possible, show the profile, sequence of actions, and visible date and time.
  • Other file types are not accepted as dispute attachments. Do not rely only on external links or disappearing messages.
Hide sensitive data
Do not include passwords, verification codes, recovery keys, or full payment details in evidence. Cover them in an image or video before uploading.
